Cono Italiano Inc. (CNOZ.OB) is a publicly traded company, founded in 2007 by Mitchell Brown, President and Chief Operating Officer. It all started in Milan, Italy in 2001 where SpuntiBreak S.R.L founder Marco Messuti created the “Pizza Cono” a cone made of dough from proprietary ingredients and filled with cheese and sauce to be consumed while “on the go.” Today the “Cone” can be filled with any number and variety of ingredients, and can be enjoyed for breakfast, a light snack or desert.
These cones are currently sold in 12 countries throughout the world. We manufacture and distribute the cone throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico and currently sell them in stadiums, arenas, at universities and through catering companies. Presently we are producing our Par-Baked Drip-free bottom cones at Sunrise Bakery in Brooklyn, New York, a fully automated bakery founded in 1947 that offers scalable manufacturing capabilities to meet the needs of our customers.
As a publicly traded company, our mission is to be the world's leading consumer products company for foods “On the Go” and “fast foods.” We seek to produce financial rewards to our investors along with opportunities for growth in the consumer product environment. 
The Cone is presently marketed by SpuntiBreak in Europe, Asia and Middle Eastern Countries under the trade name "P Group.”
Cono Italiano has recently announced that it has partnered with leading Italian food distributor RJM Food.
