Elysium Internet, Inc. is a publicly traded direct navigation Internet media Company. Elysium is focused on building targeted industry specific direct navigation based Internet directories and portals that generate significant traffic for the benefit of its advertising partners. The Company uses an ad-based subscription model to generate the majority of its revenue. 

Elysium operates through a network of 15 Internet Properties that generate millions of page views annually. Due to the extremely high quality of Elysium’s domain portfolio, the vast amount of the traffic generated by the network properties is organic or "non-paid" traffic. 

Statistics have consistently shown that organic or direct navigation traffic conversion rates are substantially higher than PPC or Pay-Per-Click advertising rates as a result of the high quality of the traffic. 

What Is Direct Navigation? 

Simply put, Direct Navigation is finding the information you're looking for without using a search engine, a directory of sites, or clicking on a link from another site. Direct Navigation traffic, also called type-in traffic, refers to traffic generated by a person either typing a URL (website address) directly in the browser address bar or going to a site directly from a bookmark. Direct Navigation traffic is a continual stream of highly targeted traffic that does not rely on search engine placement, paid advertising, or links from other websites. It is the purest and most targeted form of traffic on the web, and considered by many to be the highest-octane virtual fuel that drives the Internet.

Management

Scott Gallagher Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Elysium Internet, Inc. 

Mr. Gallagher founded Elysium Internet in 2006 to take advantage of what he perceived to be, a paradigm shift in the advertising/Media model. And the surprising lack of developed premium Internet domain properties. 

He began adding to his existing Internet domain portfolio by targeting specific sectors with a focus on the value of direct navigation traffic generation. Since it’s founding Elysium has acquired a substantial domain portfolio that includes: Podiatrists.com, Pediatricians.com, Psychiatrists.com, Therapists.net, TheDirectory.com, eBoxing.com, SECLawyer.com and many others. 

Prior to founding Elysium, Mr. Gallagher was been involved with public markets originally as a stockbroker in the mid nineties, later as a hedge fund manager, then as an officer and director of several publicly traded Companies and ultimately as Chairman and CEO of Elysium Internet, Inc.

Danny Rubino Director of Operations Mr. Rubino has been with Elysium Internet since its inception in 2006. He is currently director of operations for all Elysium Internet properties.. His responsibilities include site content management, client services, business development, accounting and sales and marketing. Mr. Rubino has a sales/marketing and accounting background having studied business at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. He brings his leadership, commitment, work ethic and experience to the management team of Elysium Internet. He is an integral part of the decision making process relating to all aspects of the Internet business.

Marco Janeczek CEO of Dice Ventures, Inc. (a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Elysium Internet, Inc.) 

Marco Janeczek has been in the Internet business since the early days. Founder of a number of startups, including Perfumes.ca, a competitive player in the online fragrance arena, Euro Bit Consulting, a $2M dollar company in the IT consulting business, and Bank Medical Center, a 17-physician and 52-staff medical center. 

He has been a key player in the growth of Phone Pages, a Montreal-based yellow pages listing telemarketing center, as the co-founder, bringing the company to seven digit sales and pushing an exit strategy. At the same time becoming the founder of a domain name business Planet Domains with 6500 domains. 

Mr. Janeczek has been involved in a number of online firms and currently is the CEO of Italy-based Zooppa.com and CEO of a European based domain name initiative. Mr. Janeczek sits on the board of a number of startup and Internet incubators/accelerators, including an Italian-based fund h-farm, where he is the chief strategy officer and one of the main players involved in financing startups and investments. He is also involved in a number of Seattle-based companies, backed by VCs and strategically positioned startups with key industry players. 

Mr. Janeczek has been described by some as a visionary person, applying well thought out business models to domain names and securing industry partners for the business.
