The Source Vitamin Company, Inc. (“Source Vitamin”) was incorporated in Delaware on February 26, 2009. As the result of a share exchange transaction which occurred on March 31, 2011, Source Vitamin is now a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and the Company, Source Vitamin, LTSC (defined below), LTS Brands (defined below) and Livethesource (defined below), are collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Company”.)

Jerry Rayman has more than 40 years of practical hands-on as well as executive experience in sales and marketing. Well-connected in the natural products industry, he’s built businesses and achieved profitable sales and revenues for a variety of consumer product companies. He began his career in the nutrition industry with Sundown Vitamins, where he helped grow the company from a small vitamin mail-order business into Rexall Sundown Vitamins and subsequently Rexall Showcase International, its direct sales division.

Joel Gold currently serves as Director of Investment Banking at Buckman, Buckman and Reid, an investment banking firm headquartered in Shrewsbury, New Jersey. From October 2002 until June 2010, Mr. Gold served as Director of Investment Banking for Andrew Garrett, a New York based investment banking firm. From January 1999 until December 1999, he was Executive Vice President of Solid Capital Markets, an investment banking firm also located in New York City. From September 1997 to January 1999, he was a Senior Managing Director of Interbank Capital Group, LLC. Carl DeSantis founded Rexall Sundown, Inc. in 1976 and served as Chief Executive Officer from its inception until February 1997 and also its President from 1976 to April 1995. Mr. DeSantis has over 18 years of experience with retail drug store companies, including Super-X Drug Stores and Walgreen Drug Stores. Mr. DeSantis has been Co-Chairman of Integrated BioPharma, Inc. since February 2008. He has served as Chairman of CDS International Holdings, Inc. since June 2001.
