    MediaG3 Announces Teaming Agreement With ID Consulting Solutions

MediaG3 announced today the Company has entered into a teaming agreement with ID Consulting Solutions, LLC, a consulting, planning, management, engineering and integration firm, to pursue business opportunities relating to advanced telecommunications, high-speed data services, wireless broadband, backhaul, and hybrid network deployments.

ID Consulting Solutions' 27 years of engineering experience will integrate MediaG3's patented Local Multipoint Distribution Service (LMDS) with other vendor equipment to build new MediaG3-based hybrid networks. This teaming agreement will extend the reach and deployment potential for MediaG3's service offerings.

    MediaG3 Pilot Projects Moving Forward with 10 GB Boise Project

MediaG3 announce today the first of their wireless pilot projects with MeshGlobal has successfully completed the testing phase and have begun signing up select customers moving the project into the sales and marketing stage. "MediaG3 is excited to announce the launch of the Boise Project, starting with a combined 10 GB pipe, as the first licensing and revenue sharing models using our technologies," stated Val Westergard, MediaG3 chairman. "MediaG3, working closely with MeshGlobal as well as other vendors and subcontractors to develop and deploy these hybrid multi-tier networks to allow for quick and effective deployment in any city worldwide.

MediaG3, as it is today, preparing for the next stage is truly the great design of a team of engineers who envisioned the future of communications coming and acted on it.

Wytec, Incorporated was a California corporation that emerged from a 20 year old communications research company in 1995 for the purpose of transitioning some of its exotic technology into the commercial marketplace. The Wytec team did not aggressively advertised the Company's products at trade shows and technology conferences, because they believe it is in the best interest of the wireless communications industry to deploy hardware, not hype. In 1995, founders Jerome Woodard, Robert Julien, and William Oatman decided to take their collective expertise, over twenty years, in developing and deploying communications systems to the commercial, military and international markets. The result was Wytec Incorporated. Wytec was formed to design, manufacture, install, and support wireless communications systems that provide last-mile broadband access for subscribers who require bi-directional Internet, voice and data communications services. Wytec's intensive design efforts resulted in five US patents for their advanced technology, and this group continued in their efforts to develop superior equipment at lower cost. Wytec's typical customers are domestic and international operating companies holding the licenses to provide communication services in the millimeter-wave frequency bands from 24 to 43 Ghz. Wytec was the first to market with a product in the new 40-43 Ghz band in Europe.

Wytec brought together some of the most influential individuals in the wireless industry to contribute to the success of Wytec's first generation back haul and wireless broadband technologies. Executives from AT&T, Nokia, Sprint, Qwest, Boeing, Bell Labs, 3Com, Sun Microsystems, and Clearwire, just to name a few. After contributing to Wytec's brain pool and knowledge bank most have gone on to lead or play a sugnificant role with many of the most highly regarded wireless companies of the day. They raised millions in private funding to research & develop, patent, manufacture products, deploy and build Wytec into an international success story in the wireless industry. Wytec technology and equipment has a reputation as state of the art around the world, notably China, Argentina, Italy, Europe and the US. Using the combined experience of these top tier executives to help shape the direction and capacity for future development; including the patents, products and technology that would bring the best wireless technology to the awaiting world market. With pooled private resources Wytec created leading edge technologies and began sales and operations in several test beds around the world.

Wytec was acquired in 2003 by Ohana Wireless, of Santa Clara; who continued the vision and expanded it into China and the Philippines markets. This work has proven to be an incredible part of the history of the company. The US Department of Trade and Commerce presented an opportunity to receive a grant to further test Wytec and Ohana Wireless's technologies in China.

MediaG3, founded in 2005, contributed two subsidiaries, Oriental Media and Little Sheep along with their product portfolio of software, applications and services to enable commercial customers to offer interactive TV and broadband Internet access at a significantly reduced cost.

September 2007, MediaG3 acquired ADML Holdings which included Wytec, Ohana Wireless and all trademarks and intellectual property.

2009 MediaG3 merges with Imperial Wireless, who brought their relationships with national broadband wireless companies, access to products and services for Internet, phone and data throughout the US.

2010 the re-launch of a great company combining the best of everything so far, looking forward to a couple mergers & acquisitions as well as attracting the best talent the wireless industry has to combine and build the best fixed and Wireless Broadband Internet company in the world.
