Mr. Carter worked from the City of Charlotte as the Chief Housing Development Specialist from 1995 to 2004. Mr. Carter served as the Housing Rehabilitation Supervisor in Winston-Salem, NC. He serves as the Chairman of Revolutionary Concepts, Inc. He served as Director at Family Center, Inc. Bethiel Tesfasillasie - Vice President and Director

Ms. Bethiel Tesfasillasie served as a Vice President of Corporate Relations for Revolutionary Concepts, Inc. Ms. Tesfasillasie is an established professional. Ms. Tesfasillasie served as Vice President of World Connect Communications from 1999 to 2001. She served as a Quality Inspector Technician for IBM from 1994 to 1998. From 2001 to 2003, she was in the sales and accounting department of a local car dealer. Ms. Tesfasillasie became a licensed real estate agent in 2003. She serves as Director of Revolutionary Concepts, Inc. She serves as a Board Member of the Charlotte Black Chamber of Commerce and speaks four languages.
