As an avid angler for over 30 years in both freshwater and saltwater environments, high quality optics have always been a must, especially when sight fishing. Over the years, I've used all the top-of-the-line products as they've come to market with my most recent pair of shades costing just under $200. In the Spring of 2009, I field tested a pair of Fielding's Discovery's glasses against the pair I was fishing in.  The Discovery glasses performed phenomenally well. Their strategic design allows for a higher than average elimination of peripheral light without the bulky appearance of its competitors. In addition, the TR90 frames were lightweight and extremely comfortable . . . again, a must when you're fishing in them from first-light to sundown. The most outstanding feature, however, was the polarization…  simply unbelievable. The TAC polarized lenses (green) cut through the glare just as good as my "high-end" glasses at a fraction of the cost.  Mike R. - Georgia
