For the first time in its 104-year history, FIFA - governing body of soccer, the world's most popular sport - is launching an official collection of merchandise. Don Jones - Chairman

With over 25 years of apparel and retail experience, Mr. Jones brings a wealth of experience to Total Apparel Group, Inc. Don Jones is a charismatic and multi-faceted executive leader with over 25 years of experience in the retail industry. He has an exceptional proven track record in building retail concepts, expanding existing formats, leading through organizational change and turn-around, and creating cross-functional collaborations to attain company goals. Don's background includes store operations, brand integration and migration, real estate, human resources, vendor relationships, sourcing, merchandising, store planning and design, and distribution. In addition, Don is widely respected throughout the private investment sector with a global and diverse network. He is results oriented, customer focused, strategic, innovative and entrepreneurial.

Don is a passionate and inspiring presenter, who has the ability to lead others to their own success, which is exemplified in the excellent teams he has developed and mentored. Don has served as Senior Vice President of Stores and Operations at Gap, Inc., a position to which he was promoted from the role of Northeast Zone Vice President. After Gap, he was President and CEO of Rufus, Inc, where he developed an upscale pet retail concept. He has served in senior leadership roles in companies such as IKEA, Marshall Field's, Lechmere, Federated Department Stores, TJX Corporation and May Company. Don also serves as senior advisor to both CMF Associates (a financial consultant company), and Workshop, LLC (a communications design firm). In addition, he has attained the roles of Chairman of the Connecticut Retail Merchants Association Charitable and Educational Foundation (CRMAF), member on the Board of Directors of the Ridgefield Library, and member on the Board of Directors of Trinity High School Foundation in Louisville, Kentucky.

Focusing on the global picture of TAPG, Mr. Jones role will be to lead the board of directors by building and implementing a sustainable strategic platform that will allow for the systematic growth of both our current brands as well future acquisitions. Mr. Jones is a dynamic individual, with an excellent reputation in both the retail and financial industries who's unique abilities will enable the company to increase its' domestic and international distribution network immensely.

Janon Costley - CEO

For the past 8 years, Janon Costley has created corporations, directed their development, and nurtured their successes through the application of his dynamic management techniques, keen market awareness and unique ability to identify trends and new business opportunities. Utilizing his experience in business and operations management, Mr. Costley was instrumental in building International Apparel Group, Inc by establishing strategic alliances with key retailers, manufacturing partners and creating in house street-wear brands such as Y-Chrome and Type-Y. He was also instrumental in the development of private label and licensing programs with major athletic apparel brands such as Pony, International and Converse Inc., celebrities such as NFL Superstar Randy Moss, and legendary hip-hop pioneer, DMC of Run-DMC and professional sports leagues such as the ABA and NIFL.

As CEO of Total Apparel Group, Inc., Mr. Costley is the brand ambassador of Total Apparel Group, Inc. In this role he is responsible for the overall vision and direction of the organization, establishing strategic alliances, managing the corporate governance and creating a corporate culture that will enable the company to consistently meet and exceed it's quarterly and yearly financial objectives.

Robert W. Lawand - Director/CFO

Robert Lawand has served as a director of the Company since January 1, 2006. He is a Chartered Accountant in Canada, licensed to practice in the provinces of Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia. From 1981 to the present, Mr. Lawand has been engaged in the private practice of accounting, providing services to many companies and individuals. Prior to then he has served in the audit departments of such accounting firms as Deloitte, Touche in Canada.

Thomas Murphy - Director

Mr. Murphy is a Partner and member of Pedersen & Houpt's Corporate and Business Counseling and Real Estate and Financing Practice Groups. Mr. Murphy has been practicing law since 1977 and joined Pedersen & Houpt in 2007. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and business, real estate and employment law, representing publicly-owned and privately held companies, banks and other entities, including religious organizations and educational institutions. Mr. Murphy also represents various companies and entities in a "general counsel" capacity by handling many types and varieties of business law issues, and also counsels clients on legal matters relating to the formation, operation and governance of commercial entities including corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.

Oronde Gadsden - Director

Perhaps best known for his acrobatic one-handed receptions as the starting wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins, Oronde Gadsden has also left his mark as one of the premier entrepreneurs of the NFL, joining the ranks of Carl Banks of G-III, and Drew Pearson of the Drew Pearson Company, who have gone on to own their own successful apparel companies following their professional football careers. Gadsden earned his Bachelor of Science in Business, Sports Management and Marketing in 1995 on a full 4 year scholarship from Winston Salem State in 1995. Over 3 seasons, he lead the team as the starting wide receiver with 56 receptions for 1,111 yards and 16 Touchdowns. He also lead the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association with 19.8 yard reception average.

Following 2 seasons with the Superbowl Champion Dallas Cowboys, Gadsden played for the Portland Dragons, of the Arena Football League, where he won the AFL Rookie of the Year Honors in 1998, after posting 93 Receptions for 1,335 yards, for a whopping 38 Touchdowns. The following year he joined the Miami Dolphins where he quickly became the starting wide receiver and favorite target of Dan Marino. Over his 7 year career with the Miami Dolphins, Gadsden posted 227 receptions, for 3252 yards and 22 touchdowns. He also lead the team with 10 games over 100 yards receiving during that time. Gadsden also had 2 remarkable one-handed receptions nominated for ESPY Awards and pictured in NFL Hall of Fame.

In 2000, while still a member of the Miami Dolphins, Gadsden launched his own clothing label named Original Gear, which featured urban active wear apparel including a collection of very successful "throwback-style" football, baseball and basketball jerseys. OG's Original Gear enjoyed immediate local success, and quickly attracted national attention landing in Federated Department Stores Macy's divisions from the South East (Atlanta) to the Northwest (Seattle), along with numerous urban stores, sporting goods and boutiques in between. Oronde and his business partners knew they had a formula for building a successful apparel brand, and quickly proved themselves with Original Gear's rapid maturation into a widely distributed and recognized brand.

Duarte Da Silveira, President

As the former President and CEO of soccer equipment and apparel manufacturer Kelme USA, Inc., Mr. Da Silveira has a proven track record of leading, managing and driving sporting goods business to meet and exceed sales and revenue objectives. He is now responsible for managing all facets of the day-to-day operations of TAG. He is also responsible for managing TAG's national sporting goods and sports specialty store sales force. Prior to Kelme USA, Duarte served as Managing Director of Guatemala Operations for Pepsi Cola International, managing five divisions, a $550 million P&L and 4,500 employees.
Mitchell Porigow, Executive Vice President

Mr. Porigow has over 30 years of sales and management experience in the apparel industry. As Senior Vice President for Perry Ellis America, Mitch was responsible for launching the brand and growing it nationally. He has also worked in executive and sales management roles for such brands as New Balance, Levi Strauss, Lacoste, Le Coq Sportif and more. Mitch is now responsible for managing and developing TAG's national sales team (department store, specialty and big box) and maintaining key relationships with upper level management at major department stores, national chain specialty stores, big boxes and discounters.

Stated TAG CEO Janon Costley, "Given the breadth and scope of the FIFATM branded merchandise launch, as well as other opportunities that we are currently pursuing, the additions of Duarte and Mitch come at the perfect time.
